You were incorrect about the definition of “aggravated homosexuality” that incurs the death penalty under the proposed Ugandan law. The definition they are using does include statutory rape, but it is mainly about having been convicted of homosexuality more than once (for example, having a life partner with whom one has had same-sex relations more than once) and/or of being HIV positive.
